Yes. This is one of our most common engagements. We regularly adopt systems originally installed by Freedom Forever, Titan Solar, Pink Energy, ADT Solar, SunPower, Sunworks, Infinity Energy and others. We diagnose, document, and either restore the system or quote a remediation scope your finance partner can approve.
We're a finance company (GoodLeap, LightReach, Mosaic, EverBright, Enfin) — can you service systems we financed?+
Absolutely. We work directly with solar finance and PPA companies to honor workmanship obligations, complete inspections, and resolve customer service tickets on systems where the original EPC is unresponsive or out of business. MSA and rate-card pricing available.
Do you sign NDAs and MSAs?+
Yes. We routinely operate under lender, carrier, and O&M master service agreements. NDAs are a same-day turnaround through our legal contact.
What are your COI limits?+
$2M general liability / $1M auto / $1M workers' comp standard. Higher limits and additional insureds available on request.
How fast can you be on-site?+
