Labor Only
You supply the materials and the project. Our W-2 install crews build it - clean, fast, and photo-documented.
- Experienced W-2 residential install crew (not day labor)
- Racking, module, and inverter installation per plan set
- Roof attachment with proper flashing and weatherproofing
- Photo-documented QA at every milestone (uploaded same day)
Labor + BOS
Install labor plus the balance of system - racking, wiring, and electrical BOS - supplied and installed by Cannon.
- Everything in Labor Only (W-2 crew, photo QA, punch-list, walkthrough)
- Racking and mounting hardware supplied by Cannon
- Wire, conduit, fittings, and j-boxes
- Disconnects, breakers, and balance-of-system electrical
Procurement + Labor + BOS
Cannon sources the modules, inverter, and full BOS package - then installs it with our own crews. One vendor, one invoice.

- Full BOS package: racking, wire, conduit, disconnects, RSD
- Delivery logistics and jobsite staging
- Everything in Labor Only (W-2 crew, photo QA, punch-list, walkthrough)
Full Turnkey EPC
Design, engineering, permitting, procurement, installation, interconnection, and PTO - fully turnkey under one accountable contract.
- Site survey and production design
- PE-stamped engineering and full permitting
- Procurement of modules, inverter, racking, and BOS
- W-2 installation crews with photo-documented QA
